Through the skillful use of cards and the lucky choice of dice, they receive game-changing resources. This allows them to take possession of blocks of houses or move their ship through the harbor. Whoever shows the most skill and the best foresight will come closer and closer to winning the game.

The winner is the one who has the most prestige at the end of the game.
