The F-15E is likely the most successful air superiority fighter in the US inventory. This F-15 all-weather, multirole combat aircraft with a thrust-to-weight ratio of well over 1:1 and a maximum speed of Mach 2.5 at high altitudes, makes a deadly opponent. The two-seater version is used for the ground attack, night and all-weather interception. The Strike Eagle delivers a diverse arsenal of weapons, including the Paveway and JDAM laser-guided bombs, 11 tons at a time. The F-15 also holds the distinction of never having suffered a combat loss. This kit contains transparent and grey plastic parts for assembling the F-15E version honoring the D-Day 75th Anniversary, with two finishing options in 1/72 scale. The fully assembled model is 27cm long and 6.2cm tall.
