You'll receive a prerelease kit via wheel of names - there are themed prerelease kits for the different colleges! Build a 40-card minimum deck and play 3 rounds of swiss pairing. Prizing based on round wins and will be prized out at the end of round three. 3 round wins gets 6 packs, 2 round wins gets 3 packs, 1 and 0 round wins will get you a pack for playing and promos as handed out by the tournament organizer.
